Teachers Note- you are analyzing a full documentary not a video clip. Please fix that issue in the next draft.
The thesis is not yet clear. Please re-read the Power Point and use the template there to create a stronger thesis statement.
Your Thesis: Keep the argument focused on the effective (or ineffective) use of the rhetorical appeals by the documentary. Explain how the choice of rhetorical appeals helps it (or does not help it) make its impact on the audience. The thesis should be a clear statement that the documentary succeeds (or fails to succeed) in getting the audience to make the social change it suggests needs to be made. It needs to include the evaluative phrase (effective or succeeds or strongly persuades, etc.)
The strongest version of the thesis is in the final paragraph of this submission. This claim needs to be at the end of the introduction paragraph of the next version you write.
