MGMT8580 – Self-Reflection Journals – Written Assignments
The goal of this project is to conduct individual personal assessments relating to leadership topics, integrate learning on the topic, and then reflect on the outcomes.
Make a self-evaluation (I have already done self assessments and attached file with name self assessment).
• After you’ve completed all of the assessments for the journal assignment, o Briefly summarize each assessment o Identify SMART goals you’ll consider working on/developing further and how you’ll integrate the information learned in the assessment • Connect what you’ve learned through the self-assessments to things you’ve learned inside or outside of the classroom (experiences, books, articles, discussions)
• Use APA citations to referenced information and detailed assessments in your response.
• Two-page format • Use a 12-point font that is double-spaced. When citing materials and other assessments, the APA format must be followed.
