Write a three-to-four-page essay defending or challenging (or some mix) the legitimacy of the freedom of contract doctrine as it involves the perspective of adults holding one or more minimum wage jobs, i.e., poor persons.
Instructions: Support your discussion, argument or analysis with appropriate sourced citations (e.g., page numbers as to Law 101, Chapter 6, and An Introduction to the Sociology of Law, Chapter 1).
