( Tusla, Child & Family Agency) The CEO has specifically requested that you to present a report analysing the organisation’s current strategy and to provide a critical evaluation on the organisation to include its long-term direction, resources, and competitive capabilities.

In this analysis you are expected to discuss the Vision, Mission, and Objectives of the organisation and explain how the strategy relates to these areas. In your report the CEO has also requested that you discuss the critical significance of ethics, company values and corporate social responsibility on your chosen company.
