Individual Paper Assignment (20%) In your individual paper, you will enhance your decision-making skills by justifying the choice of ideas that are most enduring; demonstrate/develop written communication skills; display a global perspective by explaining why some ideas reflect reality over time and others do not; and integrate your research on soft skills or people skills necessary for effective leadership, management, and decision making. Your paper should be 1500−2000 words (roughly 6–8 double-spaced pages). Address and respond to the following two requirements as you critically self-evaluate your use of soft skills in the Virtual Co-op simulation. For this paper, critical self-evaluation includes researching the literature that either supports your actions or suggests alternatives to the approach you took.
