1. Describe the most common quality assurance organizations and metrics used in integrated healthcare systems (e.g., CMS, NCQA, Joint Commission).

2. Lean Analysis Assignment – Complete a Lean current state analysis and value stream map evaluation in order to develop an improvement plan for a health care process.
