Assume you are writing a published article for leadership practitioners in your field. Most of your readers are primarily interested in how to be more effective in situations that need leadership, therefore focus on the practical implications of group theory.
However, you will need to introduce the group / team / leadership concepts with a brief explanation of their theories and cited research ethically per APA.
Provide examples for each theory, showing how they can be useful in real-world situations.
Length: 5–7 pages, not including title and reference pages
References: Cite and quote from at least 3 resources
Organize the article with theme sentences and paragraphs.
Have smooth transitions between ideas.
The completed assignment should address all the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
