- How prepared are you to be part of a change effort in an organization? How will you add value to that effort?
- How prepared are you to lead a change effort in an organization?
- What are your final reflections on this class?
Journals are private between the student and the instructor.

Your assignment must include the following critical elements:
- Identify how prepared you are to be part of a change effort and your ability to add value.
- Clearly identify how prepared you are to be in a position of leadership in a change effort.
- Include final reflections that encompass what was learned in the course.
