I have provided evidence and the focus area. I only need the Reflective part done with atleast 1 theorist that demonstrates why the evidence proves : “Manage classroom activities. Demonstrate the capacity to organise classroom activities and provide clear directions.” and why this might benefit the children.
The evidence is the daily schedule that we discuss with the children every morning about what we are going to be doing. SEE ATTACHMENT Focus area 4.2 (This is the layout and evidence)
A reflective statement for the focus area that moves beyond description and demonstrates why you have chosen the particular evidence, and how it develops your understanding of the relevant focus area including supporting evidence. Each focus area statement should be approximately one or two paragraphs in length ( approx. 250 words). With scholarly evidence and reflective discussion.
Your reflection needs to provide insight and into questions such as:
· What have you learnt and how may it have changed your professional, intellectual, personal, ethical development?
· What have you learnt about yourself as a beginning teacher and about the teaching profession that you may not have been aware of before?
· What would you do differently if you had to do this again, and why?
· What was the impact on student learning? How do you know this?
· Use first person when referring to your personal views and third person when referring to literature.
· You must demonstrate your ability to reflect critically and deeply upon the knowledge/experiences that you gained throughout your practicum.
Throughout your teaching and learning journey, you will be required to use the nationally approved learning frameworks (the Early Years Learning Framework or the Australian Curriculum) or the approved learning frameworks for your state or territory.
