Discussion:
The”qualityimprovementinitiatives”helpinassessing,monitoring,andimprovingthe
qualityofservicesprovidedbyanyspecificorganizationandalsohelpsinstrengtheningthe
robustqualityofserviceorprogramthataredeliveredbysuchanorganizationduringtimes
ofcrisisornormalactivitypurposes(Whiteetal.,2017).Suchinitiativesrelatedtoquality
andassociatedimprovementaspectshelpanyentitytoovercomedifferenttypesofclinically
relatedcrisisoperativesituationsandallowsintheaccumulationofrequiredfinancesto
overcomesuchcrises.Employedinhealthcarefacilities,theaspectofpunishmenttreatment
playsaveryprimitiveroleinsystematicallyimprovingdifferentwaysbywhichpropercareis
guaranteedtothepatientswiththeultimateuseofadvancedtechnologiesandmodern
frameworks.Thetargetaudiencesforwhomthe”qualityimprovementinitiative”willactasa
boonremainintheformofpatientswhowillvisitthehealthcarefacilitytoattaindifferent
typesofhealthcare.
Thebenefitsofthisinitiativewouldremainintheformofdevelopingarobustquantityof
initiativesthatwouldprovidequickresponseduringtimesofcrisestothepatientsespecially
intimesofCOVID-19pandemicandwillalsoformulatenecessarydataandinformation
switchwouldfacilitateadoptiontodifferenttypesofneedsofthepatientswhichremainsone
ofthemostimportantaspectsofthehealthcarefacilityforwhichanybodyrendershis
services.Interpersonalcollaborationisaveryimportantaspectthatneedstobetakencareof
sothatthe”qualityimprovementinitiative”remainspurposefulandmeetseverygoalfor
whichsuchinitiativeshavebeenundertaken(Papeetal.,2017).Collaborationswillreturn
withvariousinternationallyaccreditedmedicalprofessionalsandmedicinalcompanieswho
wouldrendercrucialsupportduringtimesofemergencyandactasaconstantpillarof
successtomaketheinitiativeasuccessfulone.
2QUALITYIMPROVEMENTPLANNING
Theinitiativesthatareundertakentoupgradethequalitywillprovidedifferenttypesof
benefitstothehealthcareorganizationintheformofreducingthecosts,minimizingthe
requirementofvariousessentialproducts,andlesswaste.Theinitiativetobuildthequalityof
theinfrastructurerelatedtothehealthcarefacilitywouldalsoguaranteecompletionof
differenttypesofmedicaltasksthatmakesthelifeofthepatientsmorefruitfultobe
completedwithinaveryshortperiodandguaranteethateverypersonwhovisitsthe
healthcarefacilitytoattainanypossiblebenefitsrelatedtothebettermentofthequalityof
healthcarecangetaccessofsuchinitiatives(Antonyetal.,2019).Improvedlevelsof
accountabilityduringtimesofanycrisisorfewotherdifferenttypesofbenefitscanbe
achievedafterimplementingtheimprovementqualityinitiativeswithinthehealthcarefacility.
Everyinitiativethatisundertakenbyanyspecificentityrequiresanestimationofbudgetor
costs.Suchestimationsprovidenecessaryinformationaboutthetotalamountofcostthatthe
entityisrequiredtobeartoimplementthequalityinitiatives(Yaduvanshi&Sharma,2017).
Asthehealthcarefacilityrequirestoequipthemselveswiththebestpossiblemedicinesand
technologicalup-gradationsothatthelifeofthepatientscanbemadeveryeffectiveand
efficientthereforeproperallocationofthebudgetsisverymuchessential.Thebudgetwillbe
approximately$2000anditmightgoabitupordownaspertherequirementsduringthetime
ofperformingtheactions.Evaluationoftheinitiativesisveryimportantasithelpsany
organizationthathasimplementedsuchqualityinitiativestojudgewhethertheinitiativesare
providingthemwithpositiveresultsormeetingthepurposeoftheclientsorthepatients
(Antonaccietal.,2018).Properfeedbackallowsingaincontrolabouttheactionsthatare
goingtobeundertakeninthefuturecourseoftimeandalsochargetherequirementsofthe
patientsinthemedicalteamthatcanbepreparedinsuchawaytohandleeverycritical
situationespeciallyintimesofCOVID-19pandemic.Thiswouldmainlybedoneby

improvementprojects”.
