How effective is estimated blood loss versus quantitative blood loss in the disease identification of postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) in postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) management?The purpose of the proposed DNP project is to implement the usage of quantitative blood loss calculators during cesarean section and whole birth process within the allocated time frame of 8 to 12 weeks to achieve the desired outcome of accuracy in blood loss capture. This will be achieved by implementing quantitative blood loss calculators, providing training to professionals dealing with cesarean births on the use of quantitative blood loss in measuring accurate blood loss, and introducing the use of volumetric and gravimetric techniques in measurements of quantitative blood loss.
