Please design a 4 week Monday – Friday program about DBT therapy. Please base most of the program design off this website: https://dbtselfhelp.com/, other sources can be used as well, as long as we stick to the four pillars Week one will be mindfulness, and week two will be distress tolerance, week three emotion regulations,m and week four interpersonal effectiveness. Please have each day included a lecture on the topic, an activity, and a one v one therapy session. (note the lecture can be vague like what is mindfulness? And therapy can just be scheduled as mindfulness therapy).
The group is 25 youth participants will have five youths of each age between 14-18. The method of this program is structured as exercise, lessons, and open talk one-on-one therapy. Youth will have exercises that they will do together in groups. As well as one on one talk therapy with a licensed professional.
