For this Interim Assessment, Provide your company analysis in essay format, using the 7-S framework discussed under unit 2.1 (7-S framework).
Please note that this essay should provide analysis of your current employer (organization) using only one tool. If you are not currently working or are working for a multi-national organization, then use the business unit you have access to or a past employer.
Please provide a short description/introduction of your company (one paragraph), followed by the analysis. Your recommendation and conclusion should only be based on the 7-S framework.
A Harvard Style reference list is necessary and must have a minimum of 4 to 5 sources.
