Individuallyandinteams,youwillusetheIHPResourceKitasabasisforprioritysetting,planning,
implementing,andevaluatingasmallcommunityhealthpromotionproject.

Thisindividualprojectproposalwillfocusonthevisionsetting,prioritysettingandproblemdefinition
andsolutiongenerationaspectsoftheIHPplanningframework.Yourprojectplanshouldincludethe
following:

Executivesummariesareoftenthefirst(andsometimesonly)thingotherpeoplewillreadandshouldbethe
lastthingyouwrite.Anexecutivesummaryisafullydevelopedmini-versionoroverviewoftheproposal;itis
notmerelyanintroduction,anditshouldmakesensetothereaderwithouttheneedtoreadthefullproposal.

Thissectionshouldincludeanintroductionthatclearlyandsuccinctlyidentifiesahealth/socialissue,priority

Fromtheoutset,itisessentialtoidentifythepriorityhealthissuesaffectingadefinedpopulationgroup(i.e.,
studentsinatertiaryeducation).Planningforintegratedhealthpromotionactionmustbeginwithclearbroad
