What three things would you change? Provide an overview of each change and your rationale as to why each change is a priority. What would these changes each cost, and how would you go about recommending the changes be funded?

2. Identify three priority changes you would make to the federal or your state healthcare system, with a rationale for each as to why these should be considered as priorities.
3. Note what each change would cost and how this could be funded. 4. Provide at least ten references.
5. Use proper grammar/spelling/and APA format. Include an introduction and conclusions section.
