Please read the brief carefully and follow requirments. I attached Assesmnet Brief below, which ask to demonstrate your undersatnding of what creativity is and why is important for organisations. Why should organisations try to be creative and encourage creativity within their employees? What benefits would this bring to the organisations? ( you can inlcude some examples how some of the organisations became more creative during the pandemic). Apart from the positive aspect of creativity in business you can mention also the dark side of creativity. ( some of the resources are included in teaching materials). In part 3. Defining Creativity you have to explain what cerativity is by using referenced definition. Please use 3 different definitions and discuss how those definitions are the same or different to each other definitions of creativity. In the part 4. What the literature says : reasons why creativity is important for organisations use only few topics and discuss in more depths rather than discuss all the reason with little or no detail. In part 5. What your data says: your interview data, you have to conduct an interview, analyse and report on the data, and use this data to inform your arguments why creativity is important in the workplace. This interview must be in the form of questionare ( maximum 8 questions and answers). You are expected to interview one person about creativity in the organisations they work in. You must ask your interviewee to provide their informed consent to be interviewed and you should mention that you have this in the Method subsection (how you collected the data) and Result (how you analysed your dataand what the data showed). Both, the interview sample questions and consent form are attached below. ( The consent must be sign and attached in appendix the same as the interview questionare).
