Using the principles and theory of change management, you will need to discuss how practice can be enhanced and developed in relation to the following themes:
1) Communication and information sharing
2) Women’s human rights and autonomy and coercion within the maternity services.
It must relate to contemporary midwifery practice and predominantly within UK practice.
You need to consider the role of leadership in supporting and establishing positive change. You should consider your own ability to lead as part of this section. The change can relate to a small area of practice or something that you have identified as being more systemic.
