employee questionnaires. You will outline how you would do this (methods involved) and why, supporting

your discussions with secondary research from journals, books and websites. This section should be broken

down into sub headings for example, Employee Engagement, Benefits of Engagement, Employee

Retention or any headings suitable to your discussion areas. This section should answer task 2 and 3 of

your assignment.

methods or a combination of both and summarise why this would support the hotel of your choice in driving

Evaluation and Conclusion (20% – 400 words)

This sections evaluates your primary and secondary research, noting advantages or disadvantages around

your chosen methods. You should be able to summarise your proposed method, explaining why this

method would support the hotel of your choice in driving employee engagement and retention. This

section should answer task 4 of your assignment.
