Critical Incident: One incident that I feel was critical was when we were raising money by convincing people to purchase chocolate, we felt that communication is a really important tool as through effective communication we were able to convince a lot of people to buy the chocolates. I was really amazed and proud of what we achieved both as a team and individually.
