Organisation and methodology
In this project the students will select a new project that
would be necessary to implement in their own business; they can also choose a
project that has just started but is lacking the necessary planning and support
documentation. If none of this is possible, they will have to create a new one
from scratch. In any case, it will have to be a feasible and real project
related to the hospitality sector (hotel, events, restaurant, F&B, luxury
outlet, etc.).
One and a half spacing should be used for typing the general
text. The general text shall be typed in Calibri font, 12 size and 1,5
interlineal space. All graphics and tables should use an appropriate format as
well (word table, excel table embedded, etc.).
