• Download the annual 10-K reports for the last two years for both companies. You will find this information on the SEC website. You can Filter your search so that only the 10-K annual reports are listed. DO NOT use the 10-Q, as that is quarterly data and will not be comparable to annual data.

• Carefully read the Disclosure Notes and Financial Statements, and then give a brief summary of each company that you have selected. Discuss the main product lines, location, position within the industry, and general financial performance.
