Why did you choose this book? (do not state “because it was interesting”, rather, be introspective such as “I chose this book to increase my awareness in marketing techniques for a business I want to develop” or “I choose this book to acquire leadership tips and tricks that I can use in a variety of career choices” or “I feel confident in understanding business processes, but I had hoped to learn more about how to actually apply them” etc.

This should be answered in no less than 3-4 paragraphs and no more than 2-5 pages (i.e. this leadership book focused on leading by example and empowering employees not by controlling behavior but rather independent activities. Leading by example could be applied in a variety of corporate or small business settings, one way to apply this in the real world would be if a business has a lack of training protocols, the book suggests to perform tasks with employees observing the tasks and then allowing them to follow through on the tasks independently thereafter. One way to empower employees that was suggested by the book was to simply set the goal and/or desired result and then the manager can allow the employees to determine how to achieve said goals and track their progress through brief weekly updates.)

(Not everything you read and/or gets published is a great idea. Sometimes books can have outdated concepts or ideas. Nonetheless, sometimes a bad idea or concept can lead to an even better idea or a bad idea with some slight improvements in technique can achieve much greater results.)
