In this Leadership Theory I class, we have discussed the leadership role within the principles and practice of management of organizations. The two functions of management addressed in the class were planning and organizing with a particular focus on strategic management.
The project assigned will assist you with synthesizing your prior knowledge with the new knowledge you have gained during the class.
The objective of this assignment is for you to begin thinking strategically so you can continue on your journey of becoming an effective leader for any organization.

This assignment must be your own work and based on your knowledge of the organization you have chosen. Academic dishonesty – plagiarism, copying of someone else’s work is NOT be tolerated.
