Instructions
Create a fake case study of a person who shows the symptoms of one of the psychological disorders mentioned in the textbook (i.e. generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.).
If you’re writing an academic case study, you’re more likely to focus on one person or a small group of people. The following information should be included in your case study for this assignment:
This case study will include a hypothetical individual as its subject, who will be the center of your research, who will be described in detail, who will exhibit specific behaviors associated with the disease of choice, and who will have background material provided to contextualize their conduct.
The following is an example of how to get started on a claustrophobic case study. As a starting point, this can assist you acquire a better understanding of the assignment’s instruction components and rubric: Prototype Case Study Download the Case Study Proposal.
Select two psychopathology models from the textbook and explain how each model would explain the source of behavior in your chosen psychological disorder after you’ve finished your case study. Make use of examples from your case study to back up your claims.
Requirements for Writing (APA format)
It should be no more than 2-3 pages long (not including Title or References pages)
It should have a 12-point Times New Roman font, 1-inch margins, double spacing, and a running header in the upper left-hand corner of every page.

Choose one of the psychological disorders discussed in the textbook (i.e. generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.) and create a fictitious case study of someone who exhibits the behaviors of this disorder.
Academic case studies typically focus on a single individual or small group of people, providing specific and detailed information about the person and chosen topic. Your case study for this assignment should include the following:
• A fictitious person that is the focus of your case study
• A description of this fictious person
• Specific behaviors related to the chosen psychological disorder
• Background information to give context of these behaviors
• Information on how the person may be affected by the chosen psychological disorder
