Based on the assigned Constitutional Amendment, students are required to write an 8–10-page paper thoroughly answering the provided questions and fully discussing the topics of those questions. The paper should be free of personal opinions, clear/understandable, and seamlessly transition from topic to topic. In addition, proper source citations are required (in-text and with a formal bibliography).
