b) Second, based on your analysis in part a and your analysis in terms of what you choose in part a, you need to come to a clear policy conclusion or recommendation (i.e. what you personally think should be done in your case).
4. You essay needs to be at least 850 words minimum and it needs to use proper MLA documentation.
