The purpose of assessment 1 is to identify some different charactenstics of quantitXe and qualitative research via a topic of your choice.
1) Choose a topic of interest to you that is relevant to your role as a nurse and pose a question
2) Conduct a search of the literature on your chosen question using CINAHL and identify:
• A quantitative research article
• A qualitative research article
For assessment 1.
1) Document the citation (reference) for each of the two research articles identified through your search
2) Explain differences in the research approach used in the two chosen articles
