Skin Case Presentation: A 70-year-old White retired photographer presents to your clinic with a complaint of a skin lesion.

Tanned, dry skin; scalp – one lesion, 1.0 cm, central scalp, yellow/tan, firm with irregular edge and scaling; proximal to this lesion is another lesion, 0.5 cm, yellow/tan, firm with irregular edge and scaling
HAIR
Male-patterned baldness with white hair
NAILS
Nail and nail fold intact and adhered to the bed; nails translucent with longitudinal ridging but without grooves or pitting
