INSTRUCTIONS

1. From our readings this week, you will be required to write a brief summary for each of the theoretical models or concepts covered. The key here is to develop an inventory or reference guide so that when given the task to apply what you have learned, you will be able to reference your annotation and that it should support you in applying the theory/concept to a given situation. Each concept covered should at minimum be accompanied by a definition, and a paragraph explaining its application. You would be advised to include more pertinent information although this can easily be retrievable in the readings if it is referenced. See the example provided for you to serve as a template
2. Self-awareness: The start to our journey with behavior and leadership begins with us. An examination and exploration of both our awareness of ourselves and of our individuality, what makes us all different. As you read through the material, your readings and reflection should be both on yourself, to improve upon your leadership, and in how you may utilize this information to help others. Hence, as you read, you will also want to take notes at the same time. This way, when it comes to the end of the week when you will need to submit an inventory or description of the theories or concepts and how they may be practiced or applied, you will have already completed the exercise.
