The purpose of this assignment is for students to present and defend the results of operations, including a critical self-assessment, to the board of directors (i.e., classmates and instructor).
You will apply strategies for analyzing and synthesizing data and evaluating risk in making business decisions as they relate each team member’s individual role on their MEGA team.
In a persuasive 2-3 slide, visually impactful presentation with speaker notes, address the following:
Part 1: Data Analysis
Analyze and synthesize your team’s results from the data produced in the MEGA simulation. Present and defend the analytical performance for your team.
Part 2: Connection to Performance Results
Identify and present two instances where your data analysis impacted the results of your performance. Be sure to address the following:
- One instance needs to cover a time where your plan worked as intended.
- The other instance needs to cover a time where you plan did not work as intended.
- For each instance, cover how your analysis related to your strategy.
- For each instance, discuss what positive or negative risk you were focused on that impacted your business decision.
- Finally, identify one significant decision you made that the team adopted and how it was explained and defended in face-to-face communications with the team.
