1. Assume you are pitching investors on your idea for a SaaS solution that helps the likes of Lufkin ISD improve their cyber hygiene. One or more investors ask you this question: “I’ve heard a lot about ChatGpt via the Microsoft partnership, and now I hear that Google is aggressively entering the fray. By all accounts, these machine-learning tools are poised to disrupt many business models. What are the implications for your team’s ideation of a SaaS business model?” How do you answer that question? What the implications for the operation of your cross-functional team of folks who have expertise in CIS, CS and IT?
