Part A: Multinational enterprises
1. Choose one ‘specific instance’ from the Database of Specific Instances alleging non-observance of the OECD Guidelines on Multinational Enterprise. This will be your ‘Empirical Context’.
2. Consider the roles that International Economic Law (a) did play and (b) could have played in your Empirical Context.
Part B: International trade
1. Choose one annual World Trade Organisation World Trade Report. This will be your ‘Policy Context’.
2. Consider the roles that International Economic Law (a) is expected to play, and (b) might have been expected to play in your Policy Context.
Report (for submission)
The Report must:
• Be supported throughout by reference to literature identified both from within the module, and beyond.
• Work towards the LAWS632030 Subject Specific Learning Outcomes (see Module Guide) and the KLS assessment criteria (see UG Law Student Guide on Moodle).
