ASSIGNMENT TASK

Compare and evaluate the effectiveness of two or more examples from your current workplace or recent experience, of occupational safety and/or occupational health, training strategies, or programs.
Information provided will include:

• A description of the overall ‘Organisational Operation’ concerned, so as to give some context.
• The objectives of each strategy, or program selected. The logic behind it.
• The occupational injuries, or illnesses, that each program or strategy is targeting.
• How each program, or strategy, was developed.
• Cost/benefits if known.
• Assess the overall influence of each on the organizational operation concerned.
