During this course you will have learned about three key construction contracts (JCT 2016 SBC/Q, NEC4 ECC and FIDIC 2017). For this essay, select two of these contracts for comparison.
This essay should include the following sections:

Comparison of dispute resolution methods.
Conclusion.
The essay should be no more than 1000 words, and should be submitted to the relevant Turnitin link when made available.
