INTRA-ORAL FEATURES
• Soft tissues:
• Gingival and soft palate pigmentation (ethnic).
Linea alba on L and R buccal mucosa.
PERIODONTAL EXAMINATION
• BPE – 4*44*/4*44*
• 6 Pocket Chart – recorded on 16/11/2018; patient found furcation lesions too sensitive to record accurately, therefore furcations were recorded at the debridement appointments under local anaesthesia, and added to chart.
• Oral hygiene (FMPS/FMBS) – poor plaque control, soft and hard accretions present.
• FMPS = 79% FMBS = 19%
OCCLUSAL FEATURES

• Incisor relationship – mandible midline 2mm to the RHS
