Class discussions (not specific material from ‘Only the Paranoid Survive’ or Cases.) This does not mean that you did not learn anything of value from our Case discussions. By all means, if you think it adds support to your recommendation, use it.
The Internet
The three prompts below address different challenges that can be addressed best by applying concepts we have covered in class discussions and our textbook, ‘Strategic Management.
Address each prompt individually. Begin by identifying what you see to be the challenge/opportunity. Reference what you consider the most appropriate resource/tools to uncover the core issue (sometimes it is one specific topic, or it could be several different paths); what are the questions you begin with? How would you assess when you are on the right track? Give examples of how a company would address the issues. What do you see as the risk vs. opportunity? Provide an example for each.
Allocate no more than 1 page for each Prompt.

After you read each prompt and decide what you think is at the core of the dilemma (the diagnosis), take a step back and make a short list of the tools or concepts you are relevant to. Then apply those to your recommendation as reference and support. Use that as your guide.
