To support diversity and inclusion on campus, you can earn extra credit by attending a diversity and inclusion event on campus.

I was asked to offer this extra credit opportunity to you by the ELEVATE program.
To support diversity and inclusion on campus, you can earn extra credit by attending a diversity and inclusion event on campus. The three I’m allowing (so far) are listed below. They are all screenings of films.
To do this extra credit assignment, you’ll need to 1. Attend a screening of a film on campus and 2. Write up a response. This will be up to 20 participation points.
The films you can screen are: “You People,” “Vincent Who?” and “Lucky Grandma.” Please check the dates and times for each one on the flyer included below.
The write up you’ll produce will be 500 words in which you summarize the film in 200 words and reflect on it in 300 words. You can explain what you learned and how it connects to your experiences in your community as well as whether you would recommend it to others and why. Feel free to be as honest as you’d like.
You may only do one screening for extra credit, but I encourage you to attend as many as you’d like.
