They did not have a consistent routine, other than using the 20 pound weights. They saw gains in mass during the first few weeks, but they haven’t seen further improvement since. When considering FITT, what advise can you give to your client in order for them to develop greater muscle mass and strength?3- You have a client that tells you that they believe “all carbs are bad”, and that they avoid carbohydrate foods whenever possible. How would you talk with a client about the importance of carbohydrates and the role that carbohydrates play in sport performance?4- You have an athlete that you are consulting who only drinks sports drinks during training and games. They tell you that they believe that sports drinks are the best for hydration and replenishing electrolytes.
