Using the Project Charter document you created & Using the WBS Major Project Deliverables document to create a Project Plan using MS Project using 2019. You may need to review your charter and WBS to determine your project schedule. Below are the requirements of the MS Project File: You need to have a minimum of 20 tasks in your project plan. All tasks need to be connected (You need to use predecessors for your tasks, you can use any type of task dependency FS, SS, FF, SF, For instance FS- Finish to Start) There should be at least some tasks need to be scheduled in parallel ( You can use constraints)
Do not manually Enter the Finish Dates for all your tasks. You are using a project scheduling tool & MS Project can do this for you. You need to have a minimum of 4 resources identified and project tasks assigned to them. All tasks you have should have a resource assigned. You can use any task type for your tasks. (Fixed Units, Fixed Duration or Fixed Work.)
