A recent research stated that working adults are spending more time on social media activities due to the pandemic. A survey conducted by Singapore Survey Association in January 2021discovered that working adults spend an average of 10 hours a week on social media, which may result in sleep deprivation, thus affecting their work performance. You have currently employed a Guards Security department, and you are suspecting the following:

1. Your colleagues in the Guards Security department are spending more hours weekly on social media than what SSA had reported in the January 2021 survey.
2. Gender may affect the results.
3. Too much time spent on social media hours may affect the work performance of the staff and become a problem in the guard’s Security department.
4. There may be a relationship between weekly hours spent on social media and the weekly hours of sleep
