Introduction
The discussion is about the factors of the distance learning for the high
education. The factors influence the distance education for the students, where the
employability is about the set of skill and ability which is for searching on the proper
and accurate standards of employment. The accordance is defined with the
knowledge and experiences where the quality is defined for the different countries of
the world. The different employability includes the graduates with the high educated
people who are effective for the specialized area of expertise. The process of the
employability development is in the high institution which is also considered to be
explicit and integral for the education. The subject area is structured training and the
development program for skills of employment in future. The communication is
important for today’s work to handle the personal life. When I am working, I need to
comprehend on the information which has been presented in different ways. The
writing and speaking tend to allow for communicating in an effective manner with the
co-workers as well (Abd et al., 2020).
Reflect on the relationship in work-related contexts
The employment and the volunteering come with handling the personal management
skills, attitude, and behaviour. The essential growth is defined through being liable, flexible,
or learning incessantly. The reasonability and adaptability come hand in hand with the
workplace that is for establishing priorities. I must also manage and then plan the time to
attain the objectives with the answerable engagements. The responsibilities can also be
challenging when the rewarding is seen to be done properly. The theoretical approach is
about the teamwork skills and improved productivity that enhance the value in results. The
working is with others and participation is in project and tasks, where the employment,
volunteering or the settings are needed to be helpful with opening view, contribution, and the
thoughts for the others within team (Cranmer et al., 2017).
The experienced and enthusiastic approaches of dental nurse is to strive for learning
and developing some of the new skills and experiences. I have been involved with the hardworking approach and being self-motivated or proactive which tend to allow me to take
better initiatives. Being the mother of 2 children, I have been innovative, creative, and
organized as well. With time, I have been able to analyse the good communication skills in
English and Romanian. The ability to work is under the pressure with innovative and creative
standards, to summarize the key responsibilities, leadership, and the accomplishments. The
size of the teams is about the number of projects with managing the different articles written,
in a successful manner. Through the recent times, it is seen that being the doctor nurse, I
must be very active with the good communication skills. Not only this, but there is also a
need to receive enough of the orientation on the issues which will help in the performance
management schemes and then motivate the staff or the strength with commitment. The
implementation of different change management plan depends on the changes that are
made (Fahimirad et al., 2019).
The open and the distance learning has been important for high education and
employability. It comes though the activity gain employment rates, and the objectives or
success factors with the relevant skills of employers. The approach is about the
effectiveness of employability with the training of graduates who are employable for the
different organizations. The skills are defined on the effectiveness and the institution to be
calculated for the survey of satisfaction process. The employability is about overlooking on
the perceptions where the current state and condition of the market needs to be highlighted
with the learners properly. The attitude, current position and the competitive sectors of the
market are considered by the employer. The approach is on developing individual narratives
with the career progress. It is about handling the remained problems of the students where
the personal resources and agency are for the negotiation with the graduates. The
employability skills are transferable with individuals involved with the written communication
like those of the employability (Gill, 2018). The foreign language, numeracy and the basic
literature is the major factors. The research skills, creativity and the teamwork are to ensure
about the basic skills which are transferable as well for the individuals.
Evaluate the implications of your experiences, skills, competencies, and knowledge in
work-related settings
The skills of the capabilities and the learning is for the graduates where the practical
knowledge and experience is considered important. The higher employer degree is involved
with the decisions for considering the objectives that are pre-determined. The skills need to
be considered for employability with hiring candidates for the purpose of organization to
business. The global tendency is about the agencies of employer with hiring of the higher
graduates and the effective skills of employability. The educate people comes on the remark
of distance learning education where the foreign education is referred to be the mode of
education. The process of education is about the traditional classroom teaching and then
there are no major necessities for the delivery of education in the classroom (Husam et al.,
2019).
The distance higher learning is for the delivery of the access for different sources of
information with learning that is estranged from space and time. The online course involves
the distance training and learning education where the huge scale of interaction is there for
the learners through the effective medium of the internet online. The types of courses are for
attaining the classes at the time of certain approach in a year. The process is about the
online courses with the learners who are tended towards the courses of universities. The
employability skills of distance learners are not considered to be effective for the students
regularly. There is other socio, technological factors which impacts the learners mainly. Not
only this, but the discussion is also about the distance education which tends to lack any of
the face-to-face interactions for the students and teacher. The study material is for the
getting of answer with the facility that has not been presented for process and the distance
learning processes (Nicolescu et al., 2019).
The approach is about handling and then making the choice of high educated people
from the courses online. The gaps are for the traditional methods of the teaching and the
distance education. The big companies do not tend to expect about how the students are
working on the distance education plans. Considering about Buck Graduate Attributes, there
have been implementation of plans to develop and practice the skills. The person with the
stronger set of fundamental and the management comes for the teamwork and then handle
the findings for the chosen career. The completion of the degree helped me to allow the
graduates with the complete qualifications with pursuing of the HR assistant positions. Not
only this, but there have also been entry level positions to allow the graduates for
understanding the skills that will provide the moving of the ranks and then achieving the
goals of career. The customer service skills and attitude are for handling the working with the
retailed environment and the working for the administration. The graduate encompasses to
the insight of people where the different classification of works is proceeded. The main goal
of the HR assistant is to work on the objectives of creation and screening of applicants. The
employee contracts and the data input are for coordinating to the exit surveys and then
handle the HR related projects as well. The interview is for the gathering of information with
the tasks that are performed to understand about the potential of the career pathways. The
understanding is also on the downfall which is potential and the challenges which might be
faced as well (Suleman, 2018).
Reflection on and apply learning from work-related experiences
Considering the excellent oral communication skills, there is a need to work on the
professional environment. The individuals tend to communicate and speak in the manner to
succeed and advance in the career development. The business generally relies on how the
good skills of communication are, with putting off a presentation for the new companies for
meeting the different important clients. The business will often include the presentations
which comes through handling the way one persuades and inform the clients. The
employees are involved with working on the new ventures with the effective business that is
not only for the oral communication. The contribution is for the successful presentation
where the times are about the results of poor oral communication skills. The idea is about
the skills of listeners who need to put off to the experience. The clients lead to not only
handle the want of working but also the business system. The additional oral
communication, or the non-verbal communication is about monitoring where I am involved
with corresponding to the needs. This will involve the avoidance of confusion and then the
good oral communication will enhance the workforce of future. My profession requires a
proper communication where the co-workers and clients are involved with advancement in
my career. The refined workforce capability is considered important for the development and
then to carry out the duties as well. The project tends to focus on the employability
development abilities which are for the workplace and the purpose of the social and health
care. The emphasis is on the clarification or the program evaluation which has been
employed for the different features as well. My skills of employability are substantial part for
enhanced performance and improved productivity. It is measured for the different aspects
which relate to the place of working. The differentiated duties with work are considered
important for the individual improvement, or the capabilities of behaviour, where I need to
practice about the workplace development. There are rise or the refined problem-solving
skills, to monitor and then evaluate the results based on time-to-time approach.
The business includes the satisfaction level of employers for recruitment of the high
graduate institution. The higher graduates are then analysed with the set for the delivery of
duties and responsibilities. The satisfaction level of employers is ranged from different skills
of decision making and the computer skills which are also for the high graduates. The
flexibility is about the important skills where ethe recruitment is mainly in the medium sized
company. Some of the graduates’ recruiters tend to recruit the employment with proper
training or the development processes that are for the organization standards and program
of distance learning that is monitored through the proper employee training.
Conclusion
For me, it is important to focus on the higher education graduates with the coverage
of the areas of employability skills. It comes with the employability or the importance to meet
the abilities and skills. The graduate of the higher study includes the satisfaction level of the
graduates that are suited for different positions which are vacant. Hence, the reputation is for
the quantity and the training types that are given for the institutional graduates to carry out
the processes. The companies are involved with the recruitment for more than 5 years of
operation where the companies also tend to hire the future purpose of business company.
The ability to work is under the team of the basic literacy of computer. The recruitment of
companies is considered important with the literacy and teamwork that leads to the
enhancement of the skills of the graduates as well. The capabilities and skills are for the
graduates to handle the hiring of the people with the purpose of business that states about
the larger group of employers.
