Your final exam is an attempt to create a more ethical criminal justice system. First, you are to select EITHER the adult or the juvenile system. Then you are to select any ONE ethical issue in policing (in adult OR juvenile system), any ONE ethical issue in law/courts (in adult OR juvenile system), and any ONE ethical issue in corrections/punishment (in adult OR juvenile system). Please do not pick the same topic as any of our six course group projects (but you can pick other topics we discussed in class besides these). This final exam is worth 45% of your final course grade.
