For this last discussion board, I’d like for you to reflect on the term together! It went FAST!!
1. I’d like to know your favorite topic of discussion or most interesting thing you learned. If your answer is truly “I hated every second and learned nothing” I will feel sad (just being honest) but will definitely appreciate your opinion. Psychology is a topic in which I have incredible interest so I understand that my opinion on the course will be skewed (I think it’s THE BEST class ever!!). It is helpful for me to hear from you all in order to be constantly improving.
2. Reflect on a specific type of psychotherapy covered in chpt 16. What are the techniques and benefits of your chosen therapy modality?
If anyone is interested in talking more about some career options in the field, I am glad to share the story of my path.
