2. Was your strategy effective in achieving your strategic and financial objectives?
a) How did you perform compared to your rivals in key areas?
b) Causes of successes/failures?
c) In what areas did you do well? What did you need to improve on?
3. Reflections:
a) What lessons have you learned? What would you do differently if you can start over?
b) Were you able to apply the theoretical concepts learned in class? In your perspective, are they relevant? What are similar? What are different?
