1. What are the objectives of a new hire orientation program?  Are those objectives being met in your business or organization?
2. Think about your own first day with the company.  Is there anything you know now that you wish you had learned then?
3. How does a new employee learn about your organization’s culture? Is the culture defined during new hire orientation in your company?
4. What do company values mean to an organization and the people who work there?  How can you do a better job of demonstrating your company’s values to new employees in your organization?
