Now that you have researched and presented testimony about a social problem, it is time to communicate with others about it. This is the culminating assignment of this course and allows you the opportunity to bring together all of the work you have done on your social problem.
Note: The default option for this assignment is a policy brief. If you would like to consider one of the other options listed in the syllabus, please discuss with your instructor before you begin. Students taking this course asynchronously cannot use a Letter to the Editor in satisfaction of this assignment, since they will have completed one for a required discussion post.
Follow the guidelines below to write your policy brief, and feel free to use the materials in this module’s lecture as a guide. It is absolutely fine to bring in parts of your other written assignments from the checkpoints throughout this course.
