Assignment requirements (reflection) are also how was my team formed (via WhatsApp group), My role in the team (I did not get any specific role, however I was trying to keep everyone involved in the task). What have I learned about working as part of a team (I learned to accept someone else opinion and eventually have a ‘gut’ to correct them if something was not right)etc. What went well(We worked well as a group, however it needed some courage). What didn’t went well(communication as sometimes people weren’t responding for the messages and weren’t complying ). Strengths and limitations of your own role in relations to the theoretical model you use(Balbin).
