Learning Goal: I’m working on a surveys question and need a sample draft to help me learn.
I need 12 questions for the employees who is working in airport at those departments: BHS, FM, AOC, TOPS, RFFS, AOPS. The survey will be Measuring employee satisfaction by asking them about their ( managers, department, and work environment) try to make the questions brief to be easier for the reader. Most of the answers should be yes or no and why to add their comments or it can be short phrases in options like asking them about their best department to be in. and the most important thing that I need small clarification for each question to clarify the purpose for the question. I will upload the old survey that I did so, the questions must follow the first survey. I want the employees notice the different between the old and the new one also I want them to notice that we are working on their answers in the last survey.
