| Prepare
The final project is a presentation on what you have learned from completing your leadership journal.
Prior to beginning work on your presentation, review all your questionnaire/survey results. Review the notes you have made along the way, where you started as a leader in Week 1, what you have learned from your work in your class, what you have learned from the text, and where your leadership approach is now.
| Reflect
As you reflect on your learning:
Identify three areas you feel are strengths.
Identify three areas you need to improve to be the type of leader you want to be and make a specific plan to develop these skills.
You will conclude your presentation by sharing what most surprised you about your leadership style.
Review the Leadership Journey concluding video (best in full screen mode) that overviews the leadership journey you have been on.
