MGT567 End-of-Course Assessment Questions
Section A (100 marks)
Answer all questions in this section.
Question 1
Assessment Context
This assessment evaluates your ability to apply strategic human capital and talent management concepts to a real organisational context, drawing on course frameworks, research, and professional judgement.
Organisational Context Selection
Students are encouraged to draw on:
- Their current organisation, or
- A recent organisation they have worked in (e.g. full-time, part-time, internship, or project-based work).
Students who are not currently working, or who have limited organisational experience, may instead base their analysis on:
- A previous internship, project, or part-time role, or
- A well-researched real organisation of their choice operating in a relevant industry.
Organisational details may be anonymised where necessary. Students are not expected to have access to confidential organisational data. Reasoned assumptions supported by course concepts and external research are acceptable. Students will be assessed on the quality of analysis, application of frameworks, and justification of recommendations, rather than on their employment status.
